Bookings
All bookings are to be made online through our website:

Payment
All tours have to be paid in full 60 days prior to departure via bank transfer as specified in your booking details. A deposit of 30% is to be paid within 10 days of your booking to secure your slot.

Modification of services
Changes in our services may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political situations, road/trail conditions and other beyond our control.

Cancellation

More than 90 days prior departure    
Refund of deposit less 100 USD administration charge.

90 – 60 days prior departure
Deposit lost

Less than 60 days prior departure
No Refund

No show on day of departure

Warranty
PJ Adventures is not liable for any injury, loss or damage the traveler suffers during in connection with the journey, nor for itinerary modifications due to circumstances beyond PJ Adventure´s control.

Clients have to understand that our adventure excursions by their very nature involve risks and dangers and clients shall assume all responsibility for any loss, injury, or death of themselves. Clients shall not held PJ Adventures or its associates MOTOLAO and Tiger Trail responsible, whatsoever, for any injuries, damages, losses or delays neither to persons or property nor for extra costs arising from unforeseen complications for any reasons during the adventure trip.

Furthermore, all clients have to be aware that PJ Adventures reserves the right to inspect all client’s equipment at the outset of the excursion to ensure proper working order.

All damages to motorbike and/or equipment rented are to be paid by client.

General Conditions
If passport, visa, customs, health or currency provisions of individual countries are not met by the passenger, thus preventing him to participate in the journey, PJ Adventures or its associates MOTOLAO and Tiger Trail should not be held responsible for this.
