Back out on the trails again!
This was the first day of my next adventure, starting in Khao Phanom Bencha National Park in the south of Thailand.

Marco Sinbaldi from Thailand Off-road Adventures took us to some of the more technical trails in the park.
With only three experienced riders, Marco, Dean from Australia and myself, we could enjoy the somewhat challenging climbs, albeit for the price of aching bodies the following day... But hey, no pain no gain!
